The late Baroque chapel of the Virgin Mary from around 1750 stood on the wooded hill of Calvary about 600 meters west of the village of Prameny (Sangerberg).

In the middle of the 19th century, the Stations of the Cross was established along the way to the chapel . However, after the forced displacement of the German population after the end of World War II, the chapels on the top of Calvary ceased to be maintained and gradually fell into disrepair, and the internal equipment was stolen or destroyed.

After the subsequent incorporation of the village into the newly established Prameny military training area on July 1, 1950, the devastation continued. Already in the early fifties of the 20th century, the wooden chapel of St. Crisis.

In 2012, the civic association Obnova obce Prameny began to clean the interior of the chapel and modify its surroundings.
