I assume the house was abandoned 10 to 15 years ago. On the google streetview photo from 2011, the front door is still intact and some of the stuff in the house wasn't that old. But it had super weird Hinterkaifeck vibes.

There weren't many rooms to live in. Basically a kitchen/livingroom area and a bedroom. The bedroom consited of a worn down baby bed, a double bed completely with sheets and a made bunk bed. All crammed in one tiny room. And while the double bed looked like the typical interior of abandoned houses (dirty, messy), the bunk beds were made and a weird taped up toy gun was laying there and kids clothes were hanging there.

It all didn't look that old.

I can't imagine someone squatting there, but this was super weird. Also notable those two rooms just had neon lights installed.

Overall, it gives an interesting insight how people build houses and lived 100 years or more ago.
