The Jewish cemetery is located in the town of Hroznětín in the Karlovy Vary Region about 800 meters northwest of the city center. It probably existed already in the 15th century, since when Jewish settlement in Hroznětín is documented. It was destroyed during the Second World War . About 300 gravestones have been preserved on an area of 0.44 ha, the oldest of which date from 1684 and 1690. The cemetery is owned by the Jewish community in Karlovy Vary and is protected as a cultural monument of the Czech Republic.
